Kim Kardashian Addresses Reports of 4th Baby and Reveals How She Got So Damn Fit

"I don't know, I don't know. I read that...[but] none of that was true," Kim told E! News on Tuesday. "I've been really open about it and talked about it on our show, so I don't know."

Kim also said she and her family start filming Season 16 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" next week, adding that if she toggles with the idea some more or changes her mind, viewers will "definitely see it on the show."

"But as of now, no," she said.

Regarding Kim's undeniably fit figure, she puts in work to achieve it.

"I do work out really hard in the gym -- about an hour-and-a-half every single day," she said. "Heavy weights. I don't do a lot of cardio."

"I've been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year -- September's our one-year anniversary," she added. "I've lost 20 pounds, and I'm really proud of that. I was almost 140 forever, and now I'm like 116. It just feels good. It's taken a long time, and I haven't given up. I didn't see results right away, but if you stick with something and you're consistent, you will [see results]."

Kim said her mom, Kris Jenner, was blown away by the results of her workout routine.

"My mom pulled me aside maybe a week ago...she pulls me in a closet and is like, 'What are you doing? I don't care what, I just need to know,'" she said.

As far as her diet is concerned, Kim said she doesn't eat sugar the way that she used to.

"I've kind of been trained to just eat a lot healthier that I used to," she explained. "I used to just eat anything and everything, and I loved it. I really do control that now. I work out so hard, I don't want to ruin it."

So what's the one thing Kim lets herself splurge on? Häagen-Dazs ice cream -- specifically, Dulce de leche, chocolate chip cookie dough, and cookies and cream.

Kim also said she's "motivating" Kanye to work out as hard as she does.

"He will be really soon," she said.
