The "Second Act" star directed her first music video, Sia's "Limitless" for the film, starring J.Lo's young daughter, Emme.
Jennifer Lopez may be one of the hardest working women in entertainment, but she still manages to make space in her life and heart for family, as evidenced by how emotional she gets talking about them.
The star and producer of "Second Act" dropped by "The Tonight Show" where she almost teared up twice just talking about Alex Rodriguez and her daughter, Emme. The latter made it easier for Jennifer to make time for her by demanding she be a part of J.Lo's work.

View StoryNot only did J.Lo produce and star in "Second Act," but she makes her music video directorial debut for the film as well, taking the helm on Sia's "Limitless," written for the film. And for the video, she needed a little girl, which did not go unnoticed by her ten-year-old daughter.
"She's like 'Mom, I can do it.' And I'm like, 'Oh god,'" Jennifer told Jimmy Fallon. "I said no for a long time and then finally I said yes. I said, 'Baby, are you sure? You can't halfway through say you're tired. We have to do it.'
With a smile on her face just remembering it, Jennifer said, "When I tell you she was so amazing and I was so proud, I forgot that I was directing my first video. It was all about her."
She also got emotional, seeming to catch herself by surprise, when Jimmy played footage of Alex Rodriguez cheering her on during her MTV Video Vanguard Award performance. It was a great performance, Alex, so we were right there with you.

"He's come into my life and really contributed in such a way. He's so supporting, he's so loving," Jennifer said. "He's one of these people, he's like, 'Shine. Be the best.'"
"Some people try to dull you down, or squish you down and he's so not like that," she went on. "It's just so refreshing. It's just a beautiful thing. He's a very generous, loving soul."
At this point, she was on the verge of getting overwhelmed by her emotions, so Jimmy let her off the hook and changed the topic to her film, which she absolutely adored making with one of her real-life best friends, Leah Remini.
